Because their is a lot of corruption in both city. Its real Hood out there and they listen to hip hop and rap music.
New Orleans is like New York because a lot of people know each other and some people make their own music at home.
they are similar in the way that people act alike and work together as a group when it is needed. i think they only different in assent.
